I love that invite design but my colours are different. Can I change them?
Certainly, we love to make designs as unique as your celebration so offer a range of colours, fonts and wording options at no additional charge.
I’d like to order additional pieces from the collection along with my invitations. How much are they?

Can I personalise my invitations with our guests names?
Not a problem. All you need to do is supply your guests names and we’ll add them into the design. There is a one-off set up fee of $45.
Ordering info
How do I make an order?
Simply choose your design from the range and complete our contact form. We’ll then send you a custom quote. On acceptance of the quote, your 50% deposit is due. We’ll then design your invitation with your customisations to wording/font/colours and email a digital proof within 2 business days. Once approved, the balance of your invoice is due before we send your design to print. Printing / delivery usually takes around 2-3 weeks.
What happens if I want to make updates to my proof?
Not a problem, we offer 2 PDF proofs complimentary. Any changes following that will have a small charge of $25. We ask that you thoroughly check your proof before signing off (a second set of eyes is invaluable) as we cannot refund once a job has gone to print.
Do you have a minimum order?
We have a minimum order of 45 invitations. We are able to provide smaller quantities, although the price per invite will increase. There is a $100 minimum for all stationery orders so please keep this in mind when arranging your ‘day of’ elements, e.g. menu cards, favour tags, etc.
Do you offer a bespoke design service?
We sure do! Please contact us well in advance as we are only available to take on a small number of custom clients.
How much is postage?
Postage is a flat rate of $10 per courier parcel. Wedding stamps are sent free (untracked) to one New Zealand address.
I’ve just discovered a mistake on my invitation…
We hate nasty surprises – if it’s an error at our end, we’ll reprint ASAP at no cost. If you made a mistake, we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Timing
When should I post out my save the dates and invitations?
Save the dates are typically sent out up to a year before the wedding date, however this will vary with each celebration. Invitations are generally sent 6-8 weeks before the wedding. We recommend sooner rather than later as this will give you extra time to arrange RSVPs, etc.
Extras
I’ve seen a cute design online, can you recreate that?
Paper Rose prides its self on unique designs and while we love to see things that inspire you, we would never copy another designers work.
What kind of printing do you offer?
All our collection designs are digitally printed but if you are after a little something special, foil or letterpress printing could be for you. Contact us for a custom quote.
